How come there is no analysis on SYCAPS?
Our shift hour is from AM 09:00 to PM 18:00, but why there is no record in T&A analysis while employee present his card at AM 08:45 and PM6:20?
After setting up shift hour, please click \"Advanced setting\" to set up effective time regulation (valid for reading card).
Eg: shift hour is from AM9:00 to PM6:00; effective time shall be 8:45 to 18:20.
