Warranty Certification

 

Thank you for selecting SYRIS Product. Your equipment is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing for a period of one (1) year commences with the SYRIS seal on the warranty card and from the date of purchase of the equipment.

  1. Items not covered by warranty:
    * Product that has been subjected to artificial neglect or natural calamity; or
    * Product damage caused by improper installation, abnormal operations; or
    * Product that has been damaged due to an unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modification; or
    * Product damage caused by use with non-SYRIS products or accessories; or
    * Product damaged due to shipping, shifting or abnormal voltage of equipment.
     

  2. Warranty period is labeled in Barcode serial number and the number will be stored in PC database for verification on the validity date. Please contact your local distributor or dealer for further info.
     

  3. There will be a charge for servicing or repairing of equipment and additional charge will be imposed if spare parts need to be replaced after warranty period.
     

  4. This warranty certifies the equipment is from SYRIS original manufacturing, it must be safe keep and produce when necessary.

  3. The SYRIS firmware and software contained here are exclusively for SYRIS product only. There are certainly risks of update firmware and software, we strongly suggest when your system operation is working well, please don't update firmware and software easily to avoid the unnecessary risks.

承蒙惠顧,不勝感激!為維護您的權益,應即請經銷商或代理商填寫購買日期並加蓋其公司章,始享有本公司自購買日起一年之免費維修保固服務。

產品之保固規定:

  1. 本產品於正常使用情況下,如屬製造上之原因所產生之故障,概屬免費維修保證範圍;惟下列情況發生所致使損壞之產品則須收費維修:
    * 人為處理上之疏失或天災、火災、水災等不可抗力之災變所造成之損壞。
    * 未按操作手冊規定使用所造成之損壞。
    * 對本產品擅自拆修、添附零件或加以修改。
    * 異物入侵。
    * 購買後因運送、搬移、掉落以及電壓異常、安裝不良所產生之故障。

  2. 產品之保固期限之起算日依本公司檔案資料為基準,若有疑問請洽本公司、經銷商或代理商。
     

  3. 保證期滿後屬調整、保養或維修之服務須酌收檢修工時費,若有零件需更換,費用另計。
     

  4. 此保證書證明此產品為SYRIS原廠製造,請妥善保存。
